Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Flyeri account and its associated data at any time. Choose whichever option is easiest for you.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Flyeri app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Delete from the web

Sign in at the Flyeri web app, open Settings, and choose Delete account.

If you are unable to access the account or complete deletion in the app, email us from the address associated with your account using the option below.

Option 3 — Request by email (if you can't access the app)

Email us from the address linked to your account and request account deletion. We will verify your request and respond within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, photo, bio, gender, languages, traveller type)
• Your trips and flight details
• Your matches, connection requests, and chat messages
• Any boarding-pass / ticket images you uploaded

What may be retained, and for how long

We may retain limited records required for legal compliance or safety and abuse investigations as described in our Privacy Policy.
