Child Safety Standards

Flyeri has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE across our service, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

1. Adults-only service

Flyeri is intended for users aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

2. Prohibited conduct

We strictly prohibit any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or grooms minors, including the solicitation, creation, possession, or sharing of CSAM, and any attempt to contact or exploit a child. Violations result in immediate removal and a permanent ban.

3. Reporting

• In the app: every user and message can be reported and blocked using the built-in Report and Block tools.
• By email: you can also report child-safety concerns to info@flyeri.app.

4. How we respond

We review reports promptly, remove violating content, permanently ban offenders, and preserve relevant information. We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law, and cooperate with law-enforcement requests.

5. Legal compliance

We comply with applicable child-safety laws in the regions where Flyeri operates and with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
